Will we lose any data during the migration?

How long does a migration take?
Accounting migrations typically take 2 to 6 weeks. CRM migrations run 2 to 8 weeks depending on complexity. ERP upgrades usually take 2 to 6 months. We give you a realistic timeline during scoping — not a best-case fantasy.
Can our team keep working during the migration?
Yes. We plan the migration so your team continues using the existing system until cutover. Most accounting migrations use a parallel-run period where both systems operate together before the final switch.
Do you clean up data before migrating?
Yes — data cleansing is included. Duplicates are merged, dead records removed, formats standardised and field mappings validated before anything moves. Your new system starts clean.
Can you migrate historical transactions?
Yes. We migrate historical invoices, bills, payments, journal entries and bank transactions. For accounting migrations, we validate that trial balances, aged receivables and BAS reporting all reconcile.
Do you handle payroll migration?
Yes. Leave balances, super fund details, tax declarations, payment summaries and year-to-date figures are all migrated and validated. We coordinate with your payroll cycle to avoid mid-period disruption.
