How Xero projects run, end to end

Three stages: fixed-price scoping, a sandbox build parallel-run against live data, then a planned cutover. Your live Xero data stays untouched until go-live, and the founder runs each engagement personally.

  3. Cutover

Common questions about our Xero services

Do you only do Xero migrations?

No, and migration is the smaller half of our Xero work. Most projects connect Xero to the systems around it, build reporting on top of it, or add portals and automation that Xero does not offer. Businesses staying on Xero indefinitely are the majority of our clients.

Can you work with our existing bookkeeper or accountant?

Yes, and we prefer to. They know the chart of accounts and how the file is meant to behave. We handle the technical build and leave the accounting judgement with them.

What are the limits we should know about?

Xero enforces daily and per-minute API call limits per organisation. A design that works in testing can hit a wall on a busy production file, so we size for those limits before building rather than after.

How much does Xero work cost?

It depends on scope. We scope first, then quote a fixed price covering build, testing and go-live. No hourly billing and no surprises.
