How Simpro projects run, end to end

Three stages: fixed-price scoping, a sandbox build parallel-run against live data, then a planned cutover. Your live Simpro data stays untouched until go-live, and the founder runs each engagement personally.

    Simpro Audit

    A 15-minute call. We map your Simpro setup, the systems around it and the specific gap you want closed. Fixed-price quote inside 48 hours.

  2. Weeks 1-N

    Build and Parallel-Run

    Built in a sandbox and run alongside your live Simpro data for two weeks. Every record and every workflow validated before anything touches production.

  3. Cutover

    Go-Live and Handover

    Cutover on a planned window. Team training, monitoring active, 30 days of post-launch support. Documentation and source code handed over in full.

FAQs

Common questions about our Simpro services

Is API access included in our Simpro plan?

Not always. Simpro enables API access per build and per plan, so the first step is confirming it is switched on for your company. If we are building the integration we handle that request as part of the project.

Can you handle progress claims and retentions?

Yes, and they are the reason trade integrations usually fail. Progress claims, variations and retention are common in building work and are not a simple invoice push. They need explicit mapping on both sides.

We run multiple Simpro companies. Does that matter?

It does. Separate Simpro companies mean separate data sets, and an integration has to keep them apart deliberately rather than merging them by accident.

How much does Simpro work cost?

We scope what needs connecting, then quote a fixed price covering build, testing and go-live. No hourly billing.
