ServiceM8 Services
so the office knows what the field just did.
Everything we build for businesses already running ServiceM8.
ServiceM8 is very good at the job in the field. What it does not do is run your office. Most of our ServiceM8 work for Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane trades connects it to accounting and payroll.
Integration and migration are two of the things we do. Reporting and the portals ServiceM8 was never designed to provide are the rest, and for most clients they matter more.

Reporting and dashboards
Your numbers live in ServiceM8. The rest live everywhere else.
ServiceM8 knows what was invoiced. It does not know what a job cost, who is on site, or which customer is quietly late. We build the layer that puts those together in one place, updating on its own.
One reporting layer
Pulls from every system on a schedule, reconciles the overlaps, and stores the history so last quarter still looks the same next year.
Portals and workflow automation
Let the people outside your office do the typing
Most admin work is someone rekeying what a customer, supplier or staff member already told you. A portal lets them enter it once, and writes it straight into ServiceM8.
- Customers
Check job status, approve a quote, pay an invoice, update their own details. The phone stops ringing for status updates.
- Suppliers
Submit invoices and delivery dockets against a purchase order. No more chasing paperwork by email.
- Your team
Log time, raise a PO, submit expenses from a phone on site. It reaches ServiceM8 without a second entry.
Written straight into ServiceM8, using the approval rules you already have
Move your ServiceM8 jobs across when you outgrow it
Moving to or from ServiceM8, with history, tax codes and opening balances verified before cutover. If the pair you need is not here, we still build it.
Questions tradies ask about ServiceM8
We like ServiceM8 and do not want to move. Can you still help?
That is most of our ServiceM8 work. Connecting it to accounting, building reporting on top of it, and adding portals all extend ServiceM8. We only raise moving platforms when the volume genuinely no longer fits.
Can you connect ServiceM8 to Xero properly?
Yes. ServiceM8 has a native Xero link that works for straightforward setups. We get called when it does not: materials, travel, multi-crew jobs or non-standard invoicing that the built-in connection cannot express.
Can customers see their job status?
That is a common build. A portal driven by ServiceM8 data lets customers check status, approve quotes and pay, which removes a large share of the phone calls your office fields.
How much does ServiceM8 work cost?
We scope what needs connecting, then quote a fixed price covering build, testing and go-live. No hourly billing.
