Do you only work with businesses in Perth?

We are based in Perth but work with businesses across Australia. Most of our projects are delivered remotely with video calls and shared project boards. We travel to client sites when needed for workshops or field research.

Do you build industry-specific software or general software?

We build custom software tailored to your specific business workflows and problems. We do not sell off-the-shelf products. Every system is designed around how you actually operate, not a generic template.

Can you integrate with our existing systems?

Yes. Integration is one of the most common things we do. We connect accounting software (Xero, MYOB), CRM systems, ERP platforms, POS systems, booking tools, databases and industry-specific platforms. If the system has an API or database, we can usually connect to it.

Can you work with our older systems and databases?

Yes. We regularly work with Access databases, legacy SQL Server instances, older PHP applications, spreadsheet-based workflows and end-of-life software. We can modernise, replace, or connect to these systems depending on what makes the most sense.

How do you price industry projects?
