We are a small Perth team that builds software, AI and integrations for Australian businesses. Most of our work starts where a spreadsheet, a workaround or an old system stopped keeping up with how the business actually operates.

HELLO PEOPLE is a Perth-based technology company that builds custom software, AI systems, and integrations for organisations that need operations to run better, not just look more modern.
Most clients come to us when the business has outgrown spreadsheets, manual workarounds, or a stack of tools that no longer talk to each other. We step in to map the real workflow, identify what is slowing people down, and build a system that fits how the team actually works.
We have delivered more than 100 projects across mining, healthcare, professional services, hospitality, field operations, and other sectors where reliability, visibility, and speed matter. That mix of industries matters because it gives us pattern recognition. We know where projects usually go wrong, where software creates extra work instead of removing it, and how to avoid both.
Our work spans custom business systems, mobile apps, AI automation, document intelligence, reporting platforms, legacy modernisation, and API integrations with platforms like Xero, MYOB, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, ServiceM8, Shopify, and industry-specific tools.
We do not force businesses into generic software just because it is easier to sell. We design around the workflow you already have, the constraints you cannot ignore, and the commercial outcome the project needs to deliver.

About the Founder
Kasun Wijayamanna founded HELLO PEOPLE with one goal: help Australian businesses use technology to work smarter, not harder. With a background spanning software engineering, AI research, and business strategy, he leads every project with a focus on practical outcomes and long-term value.
He is currently a postgraduate researcher at Curtin University, focusing on Artificial Intelligence and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
