A website designed and built around what you sell

We design and build business websites that explain what you do in plain words, load quickly on a phone and make it easy to get in touch. Every page is written and structured for the people you want to reach, not filled from a template.

We build on WordPress when your team wants to edit pages themselves, and on a faster static build when speed and security matter most. Hosting and maintenance are part of the monthly package, so the site stays up to date without you having to manage it.

Search engine optimisation built into the site

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is how a site earns a place in Google and Bing for the searches your customers actually type. We start with the searches that bring in work, then shape the pages, titles and site structure around them.

The technical side is done properly: fast pages, clean addresses, a sitemap, structured data that tells search engines who you are, and redirects so that old links still land somewhere useful. We also set the site up so that AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Copilot can read it and cite it.

Social media accounts set up and looked after

Social media is a support service here. We set up and tidy your business profiles, connect them to the website, sort out access when a former staff member or agency held the logins, and make sure your details match everywhere they appear.

We do not write or post content for you. If you have someone who posts, we make sure the accounts, the links and the tracking behind them work, so their effort leads back to your website.

HELLO PEOPLE designs, builds and looks after AI, software, app and data solutions for Australian businesses, with senior expertise on every project and a scope agreed before work starts. That means a partner who understands the business as well as the technology.

Since 2007, HELLO PEOPLE has delivered more than 100 projects from Perth for small and medium businesses across Australia: custom software and apps, system integrations, data migrations, reporting and dashboards, and AI that works inside the systems a business already runs.

I lead every engagement myself. I trained in accounting before moving into IT, hold accounting and IT professional qualifications and an MBA, and bring more than 20 years of experience across sales, service delivery, inventory and compliance. I am also a PhD candidate in AI at Curtin University, researching retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), so the technology is always judged by what it does for the business.

Do you offer website design and SEO as one package?

Yes. We treat the website and search engine optimisation as one piece of work, because a site that is not built to be found has to be fixed later. Social media support can be added to the same package.

How much does the website and SEO package cost?

The website and SEO package is $450 a month plus GST. It covers the website design and build, search engine optimisation, hosting, website maintenance and social media account support.

Does the package include an online store?

No. Shopping carts are not part of the website package. The online store package is $550 a month plus GST. It includes everything in the website package, an online store with a shopping cart, and product optimisation for up to 20 products.

Do you write and post our social media content?

No. Social media is a support service. We set up and look after the accounts, recover access, keep your details consistent and connect the profiles to your website. Writing and posting content is not part of what we offer.

Will we lose our search rankings if you rebuild our website?

Not if the move is planned. We map every page on your old site to its new address and set up permanent redirects, so links and rankings carry across. Most lost rankings after a rebuild come from skipping that step.

Do you only optimise for Google?

No. We set the site up for Google and Bing, and for AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Copilot, which rely on search indexes like Bing when they recommend businesses.

Can you take over a website another agency built?

Yes. We check what the site runs on, who holds the domain and hosting logins, and what is broken, then either improve it or plan a rebuild. Recovering access is often the first job.
