Common questions about our MYOB services

Do you work with businesses that are staying on MYOB?

Most of our MYOB work is for businesses with no intention of leaving. Integration, reporting, portals and custom modules all extend MYOB rather than replace it. Migration is one service of several, not the default recommendation.

Which MYOB products do you work with?

MYOB AccountRight, MYOB Business, MYOB Advanced and MYOB Exo. They expose different APIs and have different limits, so the first thing we confirm is which one you are actually on, because an integration built for one does not transfer to another.

Are you an MYOB partner?

We are an independent Australian development firm, not a reseller. That means we have no incentive to keep you on MYOB or move you off it. We are paid to make the software work for how you operate.

How much does MYOB work cost?

It depends on what is being connected and how complex your workflow is. We scope first, then quote a fixed price covering build, testing and go-live. No hourly billing.
