Every project runs on the same 3-stage rhythm — a paid discovery week, a sandbox build with a two-week parallel-run, and a planned cutover with 30 days of hands-on support. Discovery & Scoping
15-minute scoping call, then a working session on the actual system. We map the workflow, the data structure, the integrations already in play, and the cleanup decisions to make on the way. Fixed-price quote inside 48 hours — no hourly rates, no scope creep.

Weeks 1–N
Sandbox Build & Parallel-Run
Full build in a sandbox first. Your live system stays untouched. Both systems then run in parallel for two weeks — every transaction, contact, balance and report cross-checked against the source. Nothing goes near production until it is verified end-to-end.

Cutover
Go-Live & Handover
Production cutover on a planned window — typically a weekend. Team training, monitoring active from day one, 30 days post-launch support. Old system safely retired with full history preserved. You own every line of code, every credential, every artefact.
