Every project runs on the same 3-stage rhythm, a paid discovery week, a sandbox build with a two-week parallel-run, and a planned cutover with 30 days of hands-on support.   2. Working session on the real system

    We sit with the people who actually use the software, not just management. That is where the real workflow, the manual workarounds, and the sharp edges surface.

  3. Fixed-price quote inside 48 hours

    One number, one scope, one timeline. No hourly rates, no discovery-phase invoices, no surprise change orders. You know the cost before we start.

  4. Sandbox build with weekly check-ins

    Development happens in an isolated sandbox that mirrors your live environment. Short weekly demos keep the direction honest, you see progress, not slide decks.

  5. Two-week parallel-run

    Both systems run side-by-side. Every transaction, calculation and report is cross-checked. Only when the new system matches the old one exactly do we schedule cutover.

  6. Planned cutover + 30 days support

    Cutover on a planned window with monitoring active from the first request. Team training on the day, direct-line support for 30 days, and full ownership of the code and credentials handed over.
