Where the gaps are
Ascora runs the jobs and talks to your accounting system on its own. Around it sit the things it does not reach: a supplier catalogue somebody updates by hand, a report a manager rebuilds every Monday, a customer who rings because there is nowhere to look. A person is quietly doing the joining.

Somebody in most Ascora offices spends part of each month updating item prices from wholesaler emails. We take each supplier file as it arrives, match the items to your Ascora catalogue, and update the prices in one pass.
Where a quote already sent to a customer used the old price, it is flagged rather than changed. Re-pricing a quote the customer is holding is a conversation, not an automatic update.
Ascora holds each customer, their sites, the assets at each site and the recurring schedule for servicing them. That is exactly what a facilities or strata client wants to look up without phoning you.
A portal on your own website shows upcoming services, completed jobs and invoices for that customer only. Your customers never get an Ascora login.
The manager who rebuilds a weekly report by hand is doing integration work without the title. We pull jobs, quotes and schedules from Ascora and join them with figures from accounting into one report that refreshes itself.
Quote conversion, recurring work coming due, and margin by type of work are the usual first three.
Card and online payments often arrive in bulk. We match each one to the Ascora invoice it paid, so the accounting sync that Ascora already runs has clean records to carry.
A payment with no matching invoice is held for a person rather than guessed at.
Time on Ascora jobs is checked per employee and loaded into your payroll system, with anything outside normal hours held for approval.
