Can you connect Rezdy to Xero?

Yes. Bookings create invoices in Xero with the correct product, price, GST and payment method. Refunds create credit notes. OTA commissions can be split and posted to the correct accounts.

How do you handle OTA commissions?

We configure commission rates per OTA channel (Viator, GetYourGuide, Klook, etc.). The integration automatically calculates net revenue, commission amounts and GST treatment, then posts everything to the right accounts.
