Terms and Conditions (Perth, WA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Hello People ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Hello People provides IT consulting and custom software development services including but not limited to:

• Custom software development
• Website and mobile app development
• IT consulting and advisory services
• Cloud engineering and DevOps
• Data engineering and analytics
• Digital experience design

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for project delivery
• Respond to communications and requests in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Provide necessary access to systems and resources as required
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise specified, payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will receive ownership rights to custom-developed deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Hello People retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in delivering services.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of client information and project details. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information without prior written consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hello People shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
