Infor ERP Support & Integration
for Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane organisations.
Infor covers a family of products rather than one system. M3, LN, SyteLine, VISUAL and the CloudSuite line each have their own upgrade path, and most installations have been customised over many years by people who have since moved on.

Your Infor project, end to end
Three stages. Scoped and fixed-price before anything starts, delivered by the founder, and your live system stays untouched until cutover.
-
Week 0
Scope and inventory
We establish what connects to Infor, what it moves and who depends on it. You get a written inventory and a fixed price before any build starts.
-
Weeks 1-N
Build and parallel run
New integrations and reporting run alongside the existing ones until the numbers reconcile. Nothing is switched off on trust.
-
Cutover
Go live and hand over
Cutover on a window you choose, then thirty days of support. Source code, documentation and credentials are handed over in your name.
What the work actually is
The ERP is not the problem. Fifteen years of changes to it might be.
Infor holds production, inventory and finance. Around it sit the modifications, the reports, the interfaces to customers and suppliers, and the spreadsheets that quietly became part of the process. A cloud migration has to account for all of it, and most businesses have never had it written down.
What you already run
- Infor ERP
- Customisations and mods
- Reports and extracts
- Customer and supplier links
- Shop floor and warehouse
An audit, then a supported integration layer
Every customisation catalogued against whether it is still used, integrations rebuilt on ION or REST instead of direct database access, and the reporting reproduced so nothing is lost in the move.
See how a project runsWhat you get
- A written inventory of what was customised and what still earns its place
- Integrations on a supported interface rather than the database
- A cloud migration that can actually be scoped and priced
The five pieces of Infor work we are asked for
Every engagement is some combination of these. Most start with the first.
Integration modernisation
Direct SQL reads and overnight file drops replaced with API-based connections that survive a version change.
Reporting and dashboards
Reporting drawn through a supported interface, reconciled against the source, and rebuilt so an upgrade does not take it with it.
Companion applications
Portals, mobile tools and small applications for the processes CloudSuite does not cover, writing back through supported APIs.
Data extraction and validation
Extract, transform and validate for a migration, with reconciliation before anything is switched off.
Independent assessment
A written view of what a move would require and what it would leave behind, from someone with no licence revenue at stake.
How it runs today
Nobody can say what a CloudSuite migration would cost
- Years of modifications with no documentation and no owner
- Interfaces written straight against the database
- Reports maintained by one person who knows where the data lives
- Every quote for the move comes back with a large contingency
After
The scope is known, so the number can be trusted
- Each customisation assessed: keep, rebuild, or retire
- Integrations moved onto ION or REST and documented
- Reporting reproduced and reconciled before anything is switched off
- A migration priced against evidence instead of guesswork
Scoped and quoted before you commit. You own the code, the documentation and the credentials at the end of it.

Which Infor products do you work with?
The common Australian installations: M3, LN, SyteLine and the CloudSuite line, plus VISUAL. The approach is the same regardless, because the difficulty is almost always the customisation history rather than the product.
Do you replace Infor?
Rarely, and only when the honest assessment says so. Far more often the answer is to audit what has been built on top, move the integrations onto a supported interface, and keep the ERP.
Can you assess whether CloudSuite is worth it?
That is one of the more useful things we do, precisely because we do not sell the licences. You get an independent view of what the move would actually require and what it would leave behind.
What does a customisation audit involve?
Cataloguing every modification, then establishing which are still used, which duplicate something now standard in the product, and which can be retired. Retiring is often the cheapest outcome and the one nobody has been willing to sign off.
We are mid-upgrade and it has stalled. Can you help?
Usually. A stalled upgrade is nearly always an unmapped dependency: an interface, a report or a modification nobody accounted for. Finding it is the job, and it is quicker than it sounds once someone is looking.
