Real benefits, by solving real workflow problems.
- Automated InvoicingOpportunity-won in Salesforce fires no invoice in Xero — someone re-keys it manually
- One Customer RecordContacts duplicated across Salesforce, Xero and your ops tools with no single source of truth
- Live Revenue ReportingPipeline visible in Salesforce but paid vs outstanding status lives only in your accounting system
- Field-Service SyncJobs completed in ServiceM8 or Simpro never update the Salesforce opportunity or account record
- Governed IntegrationsApex limits hit or managed packages clash every time Salesforce releases a new API version
Our Salesforce integration capabilities
Six categories of Salesforce integration we build most often for Australian SMBs and mid-market businesses. Custom object mapping, governor-limit-safe sync schedules, your specific chart of accounts — all respected.
-
Salesforce <-> Xero (Featured)
Two-way sync of contacts, opportunities and invoices between Salesforce CRM and Xero. Closed-won opportunities create Xero invoices automatically. Invoice status (paid, overdue) flows back into Salesforce so sales teams see real revenue without leaving the CRM.
- Contacts & accounts synced both ways
- Closed-won opportunity -> Xero invoice
- Invoice status back into Salesforce
-
Salesforce <-> Accounting & ERP
Connect Salesforce to Xero, MYOB AccountRight, QuickBooks Online or NetSuite. Customer records, revenue data and payment status unified across your CRM and accounting platform. Chart-of-accounts mapping and Xero tracking categories fully respected.
- Xero · MYOB · QuickBooks · NetSuite
- Revenue & payment status in Salesforce
- Customer & account deduplication
-
Salesforce Custom API Integration
Bespoke Salesforce API builds for workflows your AppExchange apps cannot cover. Custom objects, REST and bulk API calls, Apex triggers that fire external systems, webhook handlers, and scheduled background sync jobs governed to stay inside Salesforce limits.
- Custom objects & REST API builds
- Apex trigger + webhook handlers
- Background jobs within governor limits
-
Salesforce + CRM, BI & Marketing
Dual-CRM bridges between Salesforce and HubSpot with clear data-ownership rules. Salesforce data piped into Power BI for live pipeline-to-revenue dashboards. Marketing automation sync with Mailchimp, Marketo, or Microsoft 365 to close the lead-to-revenue loop.
- HubSpot dual-CRM sync
- Power BI live reporting pipeline
- Mailchimp · Marketo · MS 365 sync
-
Salesforce + eCommerce & Ops
Shopify and WooCommerce order data flowing into Salesforce for lifecycle tracking. Inventory levels from Cin7 or Unleashed synced to Salesforce product records. Field-service jobs in ServiceM8 or Simpro updating the Salesforce opportunity or account record automatically.
- Shopify · WooCommerce · BigCommerce
- Cin7 · Unleashed inventory sync
- ServiceM8 · Simpro field-service sync
-
Salesforce Workflow & BPA
End-to-end workflow automation built on Salesforce Flow, REST APIs and custom middleware. Opportunity-won fires invoicing, onboarding task creation and Slack notifications in one governed sequence. Business process automation that survives Salesforce releases without Apex governor violations.
- Opportunity-to-invoice automation
- Salesforce Flow + REST API orchestration
- Post-release compatibility assured
A Salesforce integration project, end to end
Three stages. No surprises. Your live Salesforce data stays untouched until cutover — delivered personally by the founder.

Week 0
Salesforce Audit & Scope
15-minute scoping call. We map your Salesforce org, the systems you need connected (Xero first, then accounting and ops), the data-direction rules, any governor-limit constraints, and migration scope if required. Fixed-price quote inside 48 hours.
-
Weeks 1-4
Build & Sandbox Test
Integration built against a Salesforce sandbox and the target-system sandbox (Xero demo company, MYOB test file, NetSuite sandbox). Field mapping reviewed with the people who actually use the CRM before any production wiring. Parallel-run confirmed before cutover.
-
Cutover
Live & Handed Over
Production wire-up on a planned window. Salesforce REST API OAuth installed, webhooks registered, monitoring active. Team training and full documentation included. 30 days post-launch support by default. Source code is yours from day one.
Before you book the scoping call
How long does a Salesforce to Xero integration take?
A focused Salesforce <-> Xero sync (contacts, opportunities, invoices, payment status) typically runs 2 to 4 weeks from scoping call to go-live. A broader Salesforce hub connecting Xero plus NetSuite plus eCommerce typically runs 4 to 8 weeks. Fixed-price quote issued inside 48 hours of the 15-minute scoping call.
What does a Salesforce Xero integration actually sync?
The most common flow: Salesforce contacts and accounts sync to Xero customers both ways with deduplication. When a Salesforce opportunity moves to Closed Won, a Xero invoice is created automatically. Invoice status (paid, overdue, voided) syncs back into Salesforce so sales see real revenue. We also handle credit notes, multiple currencies, Xero tracking categories, and Salesforce custom fields if required.
Can you integrate Salesforce with MYOB AccountRight or QuickBooks Online instead of Xero?
Yes. The same contact and invoice sync pattern works with MYOB AccountRight (including the 2024 API) and QuickBooks Online. If you are on MYOB Business (previously Essentials), coverage is narrower but core contact and invoice sync is achievable. NetSuite integration is also available for larger organisations requiring a full CRM-to-ERP bridge.
How is this different from a Salesforce AppExchange app or Zapier connector?
AppExchange apps and Zapier handle standard one-way flows well. Custom integration is right when you need two-way sync with conflict resolution, Salesforce custom objects mapped to Xero custom fields, complex workflow triggers (e.g. invoice overdue status changing a Salesforce opportunity stage), or when per-task connector fees are climbing. Our work is one-time fixed-price. You own the code and can hand it to any developer.
We already use HubSpot alongside Salesforce. Can you integrate both?
Yes. Dual-CRM scenarios are common in AU businesses that grew through acquisition or run separate sales and service teams. We map data-ownership rules — which system wins on conflict, which object type lives where — before writing any code. Both Salesforce and HubSpot have strong, well-documented REST APIs, and the resulting integration is maintainable by any competent developer.
Can you build a Salesforce to Power BI reporting integration?
Yes. The most common approach uses the Salesforce REST API or bulk API to extract opportunity, account and activity data into a staging layer that Power BI queries on a schedule. This gives live pipeline-to-revenue dashboards without licensing an additional middleware tool. We scope the extract frequency, data model and refresh cadence in the audit call.
Will the integration survive Salesforce API updates and new releases?
Salesforce has three releases per year (Spring, Summer, Winter). We build against versioned API endpoints and avoid deprecated Apex patterns so most releases require no changes. Source code, OAuth config and deployment scripts are handed over from day one. We also offer an optional monthly support agreement to handle any API deprecation that does arise.
Who actually does the work?
The founder, Kasun Wijayamanna, scopes and delivers every project personally. No account managers, no offshore handoff. You email the person building it. This matters for Salesforce integrations because field-mapping decisions (which Salesforce object maps to which Xero account code, how governor limits constrain the sync schedule) are judgment calls that need the builder in the room, not a project manager.
