Six integration capabilities
From the simple two-system webhook bridge replacing a Zapier subscription, through the multi-step BPA workflow with approvals and audit, to the enterprise integration platform connecting twelve systems and a legacy AS/400 — all built around your actual data flows.

API Integration Development
REST, GraphQL and SOAP integration against any third-party API — Xero, MYOB, HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, Square, Shopify, AusPost, Customs, MailChimp — plus custom API development for your own platform. OAuth, rate-limit handling, retry & backoff built in.
- REST · GraphQL · SOAP
- OAuth · API keys · webhooks
- Rate-limits · retry · backoff
-
App-to-App Connectors
Connect the business apps you already run — Xero ↔ HubSpot, Shopify ↔ Xero, ServiceM8 ↔ MYOB, Salesforce ↔ Stripe, Deputy ↔ Xero Payroll — without the per-task Zapier bill. Pre-built connectors plus custom maps for the fields they get wrong.
- Xero · MYOB · QuickBooks sync
- HubSpot · Salesforce · Pipedrive
- Shopify · WooCommerce · Stripe
-
System & Enterprise Integration
ERP, CRM, accounting, job-management, payroll, e-commerce and warehouse systems linked into one source of truth. On-prem to cloud, cloud to cloud, vendor SaaS to your internal SQL Server / database — all in scope.
- ERP · CRM · accounting links
- Warehouse · WMS · 3PL
- On-prem ↔ cloud bridges
-
Workflow & Process Automation
Business process automation that goes beyond "if X then Y" — multi-step workflows with approvals, conditional logic, scheduled jobs, human-in-the-loop steps and audit trail. Custom triggers from emails, webhooks, files or queues.
- Multi-step BPA · approvals
- Triggers · queues · schedules
- Audit trail & SLA tracking
-
Data Integration & Sync
Two-way sync with conflict resolution, change-data-capture for high-volume tables, ETL/ELT into your data warehouse, master-data deduplication. Real-time where it matters, batch where it doesn't — chosen per-flow.
- Two-way sync · conflict resolve
- Change-data-capture (CDC)
- ETL · warehouse · de-dupe
-
Legacy & Custom Bridges
Connect modern SaaS to legacy on-prem — old SQL Server, MS Access, Visual FoxPro, AS/400, vendor-locked product databases (Attaché, MYOB AccountRight, MYOB Exo, SAP B1). The integration nobody else wanted to touch.
- Legacy DB · vendor systems
- AS/400 · iSeries · mainframe
- Attaché · MYOB Exo · SAP B1
An integration project, end to end
Three stages. Built against real sandbox APIs from day one. Monitoring and alerting shipped with the integration, not bolted on later. Delivered personally by the founder.
-
Week 0
Integration Audit
15-minute scoping call. We map the systems involved, the data flows, the directionality, the volumes, the API limits, the failure modes you've seen so far. Fixed-price quote inside 48 hours — never per-task billing.
-
Weeks 1–N
Build & Test
Two-week sprints with weekly demos. Built against real source-system sandboxes from day one. Field-level mapping reviewed with the people who actually use both systems. End-to-end test suite shipped alongside the code.
-
Launch
Monitoring & Runbook
Production cutover with monitoring + alerting (email / SMS / Slack on failure), retry & dead-letter handling, audit-log dashboard. Operations runbook handed to your team. 30 days of post-launch support included.
Before you book the scoping call
How much does custom integration cost?
Fixed-price after a 15-minute scoping call and a short discovery session. A focused two-system integration (Xero ↔ HubSpot with field mapping, two-way contact + invoice sync) typically takes 3–6 weeks. A multi-system enterprise integration with workflow automation, conflict resolution and monitoring takes 6–14 weeks. You know the price before any code is written — never per-task or per-execution billing.
How long does a custom integration take?
Simple two-system one-way sync: 1–3 weeks. Standard two-way sync with field mapping, error handling and basic monitoring: 3–6 weeks. Multi-system workflow with approvals + audit trail + conflict resolution: 6–12 weeks. Enterprise integration platform replacing iPaaS or legacy middleware: 3–6 months. Demos every two weeks — your team can use the integration the moment Sprint 1 ships.
How is this different from Zapier, Make, Workato or n8n?
Those are great tools — and we honestly recommend them for many cases. Custom is right when (a) per-task or per-execution billing is climbing painfully as you scale, (b) you need workflow logic those platforms struggle with (multi-step approvals, conditional branching, custom field transforms, complex error handling), (c) you need true two-way sync with conflict resolution (most no-code tools do one-way), or (d) you want to own the integration outright. The scoping call covers the trade-off honestly.
Do you do real two-way sync — or just one-way exports?
Two-way is the default. Standard pattern: change-data-capture or webhook on both sides, conflict-resolution rules you define (most-recent-wins, source-system-wins, manual-merge-queue), idempotent upserts so reruns are safe, audit trail of every change with which system originated it. One-way is cheaper and we'll suggest it when two-way is overkill — but the architecture supports two-way from day one.
What about API rate limits, reliability and partial failures?
Built in. Rate-limit-aware throttling (we read the API's X-RateLimit headers and respect them), exponential backoff with jitter on transient failures, circuit-breaker on sustained errors, dead-letter queue for messages that fail repeatedly. The integration keeps running through API outages and catches up cleanly. Tested against deliberately-injected failures before launch.
How do we know if an integration breaks at 3am?
Monitoring & alerting is shipped with every integration — not an add-on. Failure email / SMS / Slack on the channel your on-call uses, a dashboard showing real-time throughput and lag, dead-letter queue you can inspect and replay. We also build the daily reconciliation report (rows-in-source vs rows-in-target) so silent loss is impossible.
How does this compare to MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato Enterprise, Informatica?
iPaaS platforms are powerful but expensive — typically expensive at mid-market scale — and they lock you into their connector model. Custom integration code (Node.js, .NET, or Python depending on your stack) costs less to build, costs nothing to keep running beyond hosting, and runs in your cloud account. iPaaS is right when you need 50+ integrations and a low-code team to manage them. Custom is right for most other cases.
Do we own the code? What about ongoing maintenance?
Yes. Source code, test suite, deployment scripts, monitoring config — all yours in your GitHub or Azure DevOps from day one. No per-task or per-user integration SaaS subscription to us. Ongoing maintenance is month-to-month — never locked-in. Cancel anytime and the integration keeps running. Hosting is yours.
