Six NetSuite integration capabilities
From keeping subsidiary Xero books reconciled with NetSuite, through a CRM-to-ERP closed-won flow with HubSpot or Salesforce, to a live Power BI layer over NetSuite GL data — built around your actual NetSuite configuration, not a standard template.
-
NetSuite ↔ Xero
The most common AU integration — many businesses run Xero for statutory and tax while NetSuite is the operational ERP, or consolidate subsidiary Xero books into NetSuite. We build bi-directional GL, AP/AR, invoice and payment sync that keeps both ledgers reconciled without double entry.
- GL · AP/AR · invoice sync
- Subsidiary consolidation
- Payment reconciliation both ways
-
NetSuite ↔ CRM
Connect NetSuite to HubSpot or Salesforce so sales and finance always share the same customer, quote, order and invoice record. Closed-won deals in HubSpot create NetSuite sales orders automatically; invoice status flows back to CRM without a manual step.
- HubSpot · Salesforce
- Closed-won → SO automation
- Invoice status → CRM
-
NetSuite ↔ Ecommerce
Connect NetSuite to Shopify, WooCommerce or Square. Orders downloaded, inventory levels published, fulfilment status pushed back to storefront. Product master in NetSuite; pricing and availability sync to the storefront in real time.
- Shopify · WooCommerce · Square
- Inventory · pricing sync
- Order → fulfilment → storefront
-
NetSuite ↔ Analytics
Build live Power BI dashboards on NetSuite GL, AR/AP, inventory and project data — without CSV exports. REST API or SuiteQL queries feeding daily or near-real-time refreshes. Replace the monthly management-accounts spreadsheet with a dashboard that updates itself.
- Power BI · live NetSuite data
- SuiteQL + REST API feeds
- Inventory · AR · project KPIs
-
NetSuite ↔ Inventory Platforms
Connect NetSuite to Cin7, Unleashed or a 3PL warehouse system. Items, purchase orders, stock-on-hand, transfers and fulfilment flow between systems without manual export/import. Ideal when NetSuite is the financial record and a specialist inventory app manages warehouse operations.
- Cin7 · Unleashed · 3PL WMS
- PO · stock · fulfilment sync
- NetSuite as financial master
-
NetSuite API & Custom Dev
Custom SuiteScript 2.x workflows, SuiteFlow automations, REST/SOAP API integrations and webhook handlers for anything outside the SuiteApp catalogue. External system integration, workflow automation, reporting extensions and data migration into or out of NetSuite.
- SuiteScript 2.x · REST · SOAP
- Custom workflows & automations
- Data migration in/out of NetSuite
A NetSuite integration project, end to end
Three stages. Built against a NetSuite sandbox from day one. Data reconciled before go-live. Delivered personally by the founder.
-
Week 0
NetSuite Audit
15-minute scoping call. We map your NetSuite modules (GL, AR/AP, Inventory, Manufacturing, Projects, CRM), the external systems to connect, data directionality and AU-specific requirements (GST, STP, multi-subsidiary). Fixed-price quote inside 48 hours.
-
Weeks 1–N
Build & Sandbox Test
Two-week sprints with weekly demos. Built against a NetSuite sandbox account and target-system sandbox from day one. Field-level mapping reviewed with the people who run the integration daily. Reconciliation reports each sprint before we touch production data.
-
Cutover
Production Cutover
Production wire-up on a planned window. SuiteScript deployed, webhooks registered, OAuth connected, monitoring active. Data reconciled in production before go-live sign-off. 30 days post-launch support included as standard.
Before you book the scoping call
How much does a NetSuite integration cost?
Fixed-price after a 15-minute scoping call and a short discovery session. A focused two-system integration (NetSuite to Xero or HubSpot with standard object sync) typically runs over 3–6 weeks. A multi-system integration (NetSuite + CRM + ecommerce + Power BI with custom field handling) runs 8–16 weeks. You know the price before any code is written.
How is this different from a SuiteApp or a Celigo / Boomi template?
SuiteApps and iPaaS templates handle the standard 70–80% of common flows well — and we'll say so honestly if your case fits. Custom is the right call when (a) your field structure or workflow doesn't match the template, (b) per-task or per-connection fees are painful at your volume, (c) you need two-way sync with conflict resolution, or (d) you're connecting to a system the SuiteApp catalogue doesn't cover.
Why do so many AU businesses run both NetSuite and Xero?
NetSuite is the operational ERP — inventory, manufacturing, projects, fulfilment, multi-subsidiary. Xero handles statutory compliance, BAS and payroll reporting in the format AU accountants and the ATO expect. Keeping both is common; the integration makes sure they stay in sync without a manual reconciliation step at month end.
Can you connect NetSuite to HubSpot and Salesforce at the same time?
Yes. The integration layer sits between NetSuite and each CRM independently. Each has its own object mapping and sync schedule. Some businesses run HubSpot for mid-market sales and Salesforce for enterprise, both feeding the same NetSuite back-end.
What about multi-subsidiary NetSuite setups?
Multi-subsidiary is a common AU pattern — parent entity in NetSuite, trading subsidiaries in Xero or MYOB. We map subsidiary records to the right NetSuite entity, handle intercompany eliminations at the GL level, and ensure GST is calculated per entity rather than consolidated. The scoping call confirms your subsidiary structure.
Do you work with SuiteScript 2.x and the NetSuite REST API?
Yes. We write SuiteScript 2.1 for server-side scripts, scheduled scripts, user event scripts and Suitelets. REST API (or SOAP where needed) for external system integration. SuiteFlow for workflow automations where code is overkill. SuiteQL for complex reporting queries where saved searches fall short.
Are you based in Australia?
Yes — Perth, WA, servicing clients Australia-wide. No offshore handoff. Kasun (the founder) runs every project personally. He's available during AU business hours and joins every scoping call, sprint review and go-live.
Do we own the integration code?
Yes. Every SuiteScript, webhook handler, scheduled job and deployment configuration is yours — in your GitHub or Azure DevOps repository from day one. No per-sync SaaS subscription to us. Ongoing maintenance is month-to-month if you want it; you can take the code to another developer at any time. Hosting (where needed) is typically modest on AWS or Azure.
