The Challenge

A mid-sized manufacturing company in WA was managing 120+ suppliers through a mix of emails, spreadsheets, and phone calls. Purchase orders got lost, invoices sat in email inboxes for weeks, and the procurement team spent most of their time chasing paperwork instead of negotiating better deals. They needed a central place where suppliers could access orders, submit invoices, and communicate — without clogging up the team's inbox.

The Solution

We built a supplier portal that gives each supplier their own login to view purchase orders, submit invoices, update delivery schedules, and communicate with the procurement team. The portal integrates with their Xero accounting system so invoices flow through automatically. Suppliers can see their payment status in real-time, which cut "where's my payment?" calls by 80%.
