The Challenge

A regional football association in WA was managing 1,200+ members across 8 clubs using a mess of spreadsheets, Facebook groups, a basic website, a separate registration system, and manual bank transfers. Volunteers spent entire weekends on admin. Nobody had a clear picture of who was registered, who had paid, or which teams were short on players. They needed one system that handled everything.

The Solution

We built a unified member portal where players register, pay fees, and see their team assignments. Club admins manage teams, communicate with members, and track payments. The association level gets reporting across all clubs. Features include online registration with family discounts, Stripe payment processing, fixture management, automated team sheets, and a communication hub for announcements.
