Understanding the Problem

The Challenge

A registered training organisation (RTO) was delivering workplace safety and compliance courses to businesses across Australia. Their existing LMS was expensive, clunky, and didn't fit how they worked. Learners struggled with the interface, admins spent hours generating certificates manually, and they couldn't customise courses to meet client requirements. They needed something built around their actual training delivery model.

The Solution

We built a custom learning management portal from scratch. Learners get a clean, mobile-friendly interface to complete courses, track their progress, and download certificates. Trainers can create and update course content easily. The admin dashboard shows completion rates, generates compliance reports, and automates certificate creation.
