The Challenge
An Australian sales organisation with 85 reps across five states was calculating bonuses manually every quarter using a web of spreadsheets maintained by two full-time admin staff. Mistakes were common, disputes dragged on for weeks, and managers couldn't tell their team where they stood until the quarter was over. Sales reps were frustrated and disengaged because they had no visibility into their own performance until it was too late to act on it.
The Solution
We built a web-based performance incentive platform that connects to their Salesforce CRM and Xero accounting system. Sales reps see their KPIs, targets, and projected bonus in real-time on a personal dashboard. Managers get team views with leaderboards and trend analysis. Finance runs bonus calculations with a single click at quarter-end — no spreadsheets, no manual data entry. The system handles tiered commission structures, team bonuses, overrides, and special incentive campaigns.
