Why do AU businesses run Zoho CRM alongside Xero instead of using Zoho Books?
Zoho Books is a solid accounting platform but Xero has deeper penetration with Australian accountants and bookkeepers, better BAS lodgement support, and strong AU bank feed coverage. Many AU SMBs standardised on Xero before adopting Zoho for sales and operations, and switching accounting systems carries too much risk and cost. The clean answer is to connect the two rather than migrate.
Can you connect Zoho Creator to other systems?
Yes. Zoho Creator is a low-code app builder with a REST API and Deluge scripting, but its native connections to external systems like NetSuite, HubSpot or custom databases are limited. We build middleware that lets Creator form submissions trigger CRM records, Creator reports consume external data, and Creator apps write to your ERP or accounting system. If you have Creator apps that should talk to the rest of your stack but do not, that is a common scope we cover.
How is this different from Zoho Flow or the Zoho marketplace connectors?
Zoho Flow and marketplace connectors handle standard use cases well, and we will honestly say if your case fits. Custom is the right call when (a) your data shape does not match the connector's assumptions, (b) you need conditional field mapping or deduplication logic the Flow cannot express, (c) you have AU locale requirements (GST tax codes, BAS categories, AU date formats) the connector ignores, or (d) per-task or per-record connector fees are becoming a real cost line.
Does it handle Zoho Inventory with multiple warehouses or Shopify locations?
Yes. Each Zoho Inventory warehouse or location mapped to the corresponding Shopify location or WooCommerce warehouse, with stock-allocation rules per channel. Stock-on-hand sync respects those rules; orders route to the right warehouse for fulfilment. Purchase orders received in Zoho Inventory update the accounting system and the storefront stock level in one operation.
Can you replace our Deluge scripts with something maintainable?
Yes. Deluge is Zoho's proprietary scripting language and a common pain point - scripts written by people who have left the business, with no documentation and no tests. We can reverse-engineer what the scripts do, rewrite the logic in a maintainable integration layer (Python, Node.js or C# depending on your stack), and wire the new system to Zoho via the same REST API endpoints the Deluge scripts were calling.
Do we own the code? What about ongoing maintenance?
