Our Simpro integration capabilities
Six categories of Simpro integration we build most often. Cost centres, project codes, custom fields and your specific BAS tax codes all respected.

A Simpro integration project, end to end
Three stages. No surprises. Your live Simpro data stays untouched until cutover — delivered personally by the founder.
-
Week 0
Workflow Audit
15-minute scoping call. We map your Simpro setup (job types, cost centres, custom fields, GL mapping), the systems you want connected and the BAS / tracking codes the build must respect. Fixed-price quote inside 48 hours.
-
Week 1–2
Secure Sandbox Build
We build the integration against a Simpro sandbox and parallel-run it with your live build for a week. No risk to live data, every field, cost code and tax code mapped explicitly.
-
Week 3–4
Cutover & Handover
Live cutover on a planned weekend. Team training, documentation handed over. 30 days of post-launch support included by default.
Before you book the scoping call
How long does a custom Simpro integration take?
A simple Simpro ↔ one-system connection (Xero invoicing, MYOB invoicing or Stripe payments) typically runs 2 to 4 weeks. A multi-system Simpro hub (accounting + CRM + payroll + payments + reporting) runs 6 to 10 weeks. Fixed-price after a 15-minute scoping call.
Will the integration survive Simpro platform updates?
Yes. Simpro rolls API changes a few times a year — most are backwards compatible, occasionally one needs a small adjustment. Optional monthly support agreement covers ongoing maintenance, or you can take the documented code to another developer if you prefer.
We use custom Simpro cost centres and project codes — does that change things?
No. Custom fields, cost centres, project codes, GL mappings, work types — all supported. We map your specific setup to the destination system rather than forcing you onto a generic template. The scoping call confirms which fields flow where.
How is this different from Simpro's built-in connectors?
Built-in connectors are great for single-purpose generic connections. Custom integration is right when (a) you have specific tax codes, BAS line items or cost-centre structures that a generic connector can't match, (b) you have a workflow combining multiple systems, or (c) you want to escape the per-seat-per-app monthly fee stack. Our work is one-time fixed-price; you own the code.
Can you connect Simpro to NetSuite or Microsoft Business Central?
Yes. ERP integrations are common when Simpro is the front-line job system but the books are run in an enterprise ERP. We map job-to-GL accounts, project codes and intercompany rules explicitly.
Can you connect Simpro to ServiceM8 / Tradify?
Yes. Job-to-job sync between different field-service platforms is common when teams use different tools or when migrating between platforms. We sync customers, jobs, quotes and invoices bi-directionally.
Do we own the integration code?
Yes. Every engagement results in working integration code, mappings and any dashboards that you own outright. No per-seat SaaS subscription to us. You can take the codebase to another developer at any time.
What about our bookkeeper / accountant?
We work alongside them, not around them. Most engagements start with a short call so the bookkeeper can flag the GL mappings, BAS line items and tax codes the build has to respect. Their job gets easier, not weirder.
