The Challenge

A national logistics company with 200+ vehicles and 15 depots across Australia had data spread across seven different systems — fleet management, warehouse software, Xero, CRM, fuel tracking, driver compliance, and a legacy scheduling tool. The GM spent every Monday morning calling depot managers for updates. Month-end reporting took a full-time person three days to compile. Nobody had a clear picture of how the business was actually performing until weeks after the fact.

The Solution

We built a custom executive dashboard that pulls live data from all seven systems via APIs. The CEO and GM see the numbers that matter on one screen — fleet utilisation, delivery performance, revenue by depot, cost per delivery, driver compliance, and cash flow. Each depot manager sees their own performance. Automated reports email out on schedule so the Monday morning calls are history.
