A network of 12 medical clinics across Perth needed to modernise their patient engagement. Their fragmented systems meant patients had to call during business hours to book appointments, couldn't access their records online, and often received care without complete medical history visibility.
The Solution
We delivered a comprehensive patient portal with web and mobile applications, enabling 24/7 appointment booking, secure messaging with practitioners, prescription refill requests, and complete health record access. The platform integrates with Medicare, private health insurers, and the clinic's Practice Management System using HL7 FHIR standards.
