The Challenge

An Australian fashion group operating four distinct brands was running separate e-commerce platforms for each, creating massive operational overhead. Inventory couldn't be shared between brands, customer data was siloed, and maintaining four platforms consumed the entire technical team's capacity. They needed a unified platform that preserved each brand's unique identity while centralising operations.

The Solution

We developed a headless commerce platform using Next.js for blazing-fast frontends and a centralised Shopify Plus backend. Each brand has a unique storefront with distinct design, while sharing inventory, customer data, and fulfilment operations. Custom product recommendation engine drives cross-brand discovery. Unified customer accounts enable shoppers to access all brands with single sign-on. Advanced SEO implementation and performance optimisation achieved sub-second page loads.
